If the buyer makes an offer, the seller pays only a 3% commission (instead of the full standard rate) for any sale initiated by theFSBOrealtor.com.

If the FSBO is unable to sell the property on their own, they may choose to work with a qualified listing agent through our network for a standard commission rate and receive a full refund at closing of all listing fees paid to theFSBOrealtor.com (excluding any additional signage or marketing tools purchased).

Buyers and their agents who use theFSBOrealtor.com have access to exclusive FSBO listings not necessarily available through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or other resources.
